1. Do you cater?

Yes, we cater small & intimate to large & lavish events, meetings, parties, sports banquets, baptisms, weddings and more. We can customize a menu to suite your needs and your budget. See our catering menu on our website.

2. How much notice do you need for catering orders?

The more time you can give us the better. For large orders we prefer a week. Small order can be done the same day if we have what we need. Usually a few days is preferred. Our Sandwiches 1 to 6 feet need to be ordered the day before (so they can make the bread first thing in the morning). We always do our best to accommodate your needs.

3. Do you Deliver?

We deliver catering orders over $200. Distance determines fee (starts at $20)

4. Do you sell wine?

We do not sell any alcohol.

5. How do I prepare pizza with your homemade pizza dough?

Our 1 lb. pizza dough will make one 12 to 14 in pizza. Let the dough proof at least 1 hour (up to 3 hours- the longer the better) at room temperature. Roll out the dough, add toppings, Bake on a cookie sheet or pizza stone for approximately 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 450 degrees. Time will depend on thickness of dough and how many topping you’ve piled on

6. How do I heat catering trays?

All at 375 degrees, lid on, remove lid last 10 minutes.

¼ tray 30-40 min
½ tray 1 hour
Full tray 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 ½ hours

Eggplant Parmigiana or Chicken Parmigiana

Full tray 45min to 1 hour

7. What kind of desserts do you have?

Cannoli (full size and mini), NY style cheese cake, Tiramisu, cookies –all homemade. We also carry several addition Imported Italian desserts, 3-layer cake, Italian Cookies and brownies.

8. Do you sell Spumoni?

We carry quarts of Spumoni ice cream as well as a variety of gelato and sorbets.

9. Do you make your own Meatball and Sausage?

Yes, we grind our own meat and use our family recipe.

10. Do you make your own Roast Beef?

We make our own Roast Beef in house with the same family recipe for over 50 years.

11. What kind of bread do you have?

We make our own Italian bread fresh every day from scratch with our family recipe for over 50 years. We make crispy rolls and soft rolls, loafs, twists, sticks and Shepard’s bread all from the same dough. In addition, we make Focaccia with Roma tomato and pizza bread.

12. Do you have Gluten free options?

We do not make gluten free bread but we do have some gluten free options on our daily menu and our catering menu. We also have some gluten free options for our frozen homemade meals.

13. Do you have soup?

We make our own homemade soups! In fact, our soups have become famous. If you have a taste for something specific you can always request it and chances are good, we will make it for you in a week or so. You can always call ahead to see what’s on the menu today.

14. Do you carry Italian groceries like 00 flour?

Yes! We carry a wide variety of imported groceries from Italy – 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, Prosciutto di Parma, DeCecco Pasta, Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese, Cold cuts, Cannoli Shells and much more. We have domestic favorites as well – Boars head lunch meats, Taylor pork roll, Polly-O Mozzarella & Ricotta and much more.
